CT与MRI在诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变程度上的不同表现

The different manifestations of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint

目的探讨多层螺旋CT以及MRI在诊断强直性脊柱炎累及骶髂关节的病变程度上的不同表现。方法 2010年9月～2012年12月,在本院经CT诊断为强直性脊柱炎的患者40例,40例患者均做MRI以及血液学检查。结果对于早期骶髂关节受累,关节旁骨髓水肿以及关节滑膜炎性改变,MRI优于CT,但是对于骨质破坏以及关节周围软骨的破坏,CT优于MRI。结论 CT与MRI相结合在诊断强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节面破坏上可以互补。

Objective To explore the different manifestations of multi-slice spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint. Methods Forty cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were diagnosed by CT in our hospital from September 2010 to December 2012, 40 patients were all performed with MRI and hematological ex- aminations. Results For the early involvement of the sacroiliac joint, periarticular bone marrow edema and joint syn- ovitis of changed, MRI was better than CT, but for the destruction of bone and periartieular cartilage damage, CT was better than MRI. Conclusion CT combined with MRI in diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis sacroiliac joint surface damage can be complementary.
