摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的饮食指导与护理干预。方法将120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机均分为两组,对照组采用常规孕期检查及普通饮食,观察组在对照组基础上增加科学饮食指导及有针对性的临床护理干预。观察两组妊娠期并发症发生率及妊娠末期血糖水平。结果观察组妊娠期高血压疾病、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、胎儿生长受限、产褥感染发生率分别为10.0%、13.3%、5.0%、3.3%、1.7%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且妊娠末期空腹及餐后2h血糖较对照组明显降低。结论科学饮食指导及有针对性的护理干预可明显减少妊娠期糖尿病并发症的发生,有效降低妊娠末期血糖水平。
Objective To explore dietary guidance and nursing intervention ot gestatlonal dmbetes pregnant, lvlemous One hundred and twenty cases of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were randomly and average divided into two groups, the control group were given routine prenatal and ordinary diet, on the basis of the control group, the ob- servation group were increased scientific dietary guidance and clinical nursing intervention. The complication rate and the end of pregnancy blood sugar levels during pregnancy of two groups were observed. Results The rate of pregnant high pressure, great children, neonatal hypoglycemia, fetal growth restriction, puerperal infection of the observation group were 10.0%, 13.3%, 5.0%, 3.3%, 1.7% respectively, the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). And the end of pregnancy fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were significant- ly lower than that of control group. Conclusion A scientific dietary guidance for nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes complications, effectively reduce the blood sugar levels of the end of preg- nancy.
