经鼻内镜手术治疗32例鼻窦炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of 32 cases of sinusitis

目的分析经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法将62例鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,观察组32例实施经鼻内镜手术治疗,对照组30例实施常规治疗,观察两组近期及远期疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为12.50%,低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05);两组术后鼻腔粘连发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对鼻窦炎患者实施经鼻内镜手术治疗,远期疗效理想,并发症及复发率低,可作为鼻窦炎的有效治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of sinusitis. Meth- ods Sixty two cases of sinusitis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the observation group were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery, while 30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, two groups of recent and long-term efficacy were observed. Results Therapy total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, was higher than 70.00% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.50%, was lower than 36.67% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the difference of the nasal adhesions incidence post- operative between two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of sinusitis patients after endoscopic sinus surgery, has an ideal long-term efficacy, complications and recurrence rate is low, can be as the ef- fective treatment of sinusitis.
