摘要
目的探讨医院门诊药房药学服务情况。方法调查医院2012年3-6月200例门诊药物咨询资料。结果患者咨询内容主要为药物的用法用量(37%)、不良反应(21%)和相互作用(13%)。结论实施咨询服务确保患者合理用药,减少不良反应和药源性疾病的发生,有助于加强医师、患者、药师间的沟通,提高患者用药依从性。
Objective To explore the situation of outpatient pharmacy pharmacy service of hospital. Methods To investigate the outpatient drug counseling information during march to june of hospital. Results The main content of patient counseling were usage and dosage, adverse reactions and interactions of drug. Conclusion Implemented consulting service to ensure the rational use of drugs in patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and drug-induced disease, help to strengthen the communication between physicians,patients ,and pharmacists to improve patient medication compliance.
