血府逐瘀片联合美托洛尔辅治心脏神经症疗效观察

Effect analysis of Xuefuzhuyu tablet combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cardiac neurosis

目的观察血府逐瘀片联合美托洛尔辅治心脏神经症的临床疗效。方法将98例心脏神经症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例。治疗组予血府逐瘀片联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组予谷维素片和维生素B1治疗,2组均治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.8%高于对照组的69.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀片联合美托洛尔辅治心脏神经症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuefuzhuyu tablet combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods 98 cases patients with cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 49 cases. Treatment group were treated with Xuefuzhuyu tablet combined with metoprolol, control group were treated with oryzanol tablet combined with vitamin B1. Observed the clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group（91.8% ） was higher than that of control group （ 69.4% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Xuefu zhuyu tablet combined with metoprolol in the treatment of cardiac neurosis is significant, and worthy of clinical application.
