丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Effect observation of Danshen chuanxiongqin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组29例和对照组31例。对照组给予抗血小板、营养脑神经、脱水降颅压、改善微循环等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参川芎嗪注射液。比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.1%高于对照组的71.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治急性脑梗死效果优于单纯西药常规治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danshen chuanxiongqin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（29cases） and control group（31 cases）. Control group were given conventional therapy of anti-platelet,repairing cranial nerve, lowering cranial pressure, improving microcirculation and so on, treatment group based on control group, were added with Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection. Compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group （93.1% ） was higher than that of control group （71.0% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in acute cerebral intarcthan is significantly better than conventional therapy of western medicine only, and worthy of clinical application.
