摘要
目的观察小儿腹泻贴治疗小儿非感染性腹泻的临床效果。方法将200例非感染性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。对照组予蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组予小儿腹泻贴贴敷神阙穴治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果 2组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿腹泻贴治疗小儿非感染性腹泻能达到蒙脱石散的治疗效果,且不良反应轻,经济方便,患儿及家属较易接受,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of diarrhea paste umbilical sticking in the treatment of children non-infectious diarrhea. Methods 200 cases patients with children non-infectious diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 100 cases. Control group were treated with montmorillonite powder, and treatment group were given treatment of diarrhea paste umbilical sticking. Compared the effect of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of 2 groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Diarrhea paste umbilical sticking in the treatment of children non-infectious diarrhea can reach the effect of montmorillonite powder, and side effects are mild, economical and convenient, more receptive to children and their families.
