摘要
炭化微米木纤维材料是一种新型的柴油车尾气过滤材料,它具有过滤效率高、成本低、背压小等优点。根据炭化微米木纤维微粒捕集器的特点,通过犀牛及GAMBIT软件建立炭化微米木纤维滤芯三维模型,利用FLUENT软件对炭化微米木纤维尾气微粒捕集器内部流场进行模拟,并用云图表达流场尾气流速、压力及粒子运动规律的模拟结果,最后利用6110A柴油机实验台通过实验对模拟结果加以验证。
The Carbonized Micro-Wood Fiber (CMWF)is a new type of diesel particulate filter (DPF) material. It is of high effeciency, low cost and low back pressure. Three-dimensional model of CMWF filter is created by Rhino software. Then the interior flow field of CMWF filter is simulated by FLUENT and the simulation results of the exhaust velocity, pressure and particle movement law are shown by nephogram. Lastly, the simu- lation results are validated by a 6100A diesel engine test bench.
