摘要 为了解决某汽油机存在的凸轮磨损和气门噪音问题,采用滚子摇臂代替原机的弧形摇臂,通过用滚动摩擦代替原机的滑动摩擦,减小凸轮轮廓的磨损;通过优化凸轮型线的方法降低汽油机进排气门落座速度、落座力,进而减小发动机噪音,提高零件的可靠性和耐久性;对改进后的配气系统的动力性、噪音和耐久性进行了试验验证,证明满足工程实际应用。 The valve train of gasoline engine needs to be improved in order to solve the cam wear and valve noise problems. The roller rocker is adopted instead of the arc rocker to reduce cam wear by changing the sliding friction to the rolling friction. The valve seating speed and force decreases by means of optimization of cam profile, so that to reduce engine valve noise, improve the reliability and durability of the engine parts. The power, noise and durability performance tests of the the practical application of engineering engine as improved valve train are carried out to achieve
