两种方法治疗大隐静脉曲张疗效比较

Intra cavitary semiconductor laser irradiation in treatment of varicose great saphenous vein

目的比较腔内半导体激光和手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法 220例(310条腿)大隐静脉曲张患者中,120例(160条腿)行腔内D-980半导体激光治疗(激光组),其余均行手术治疗(手术组),比较两组平均手术时间、出血量、住院时间及并发症等。结果与手术组比较,激光组手术时间短、出血量少、住院时间短,恢复快,组织创伤小,创面无瘢痕。结论腔內激光治疗大隐静脉曲张较传统手术有明显优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and complications of intra cavitary semiconductor laser irradiation in treatment of varicose great saphenous vein. Methods In this hospital from January 2006 to May 2012,220 （310 legs） patients with varicose great saphenons veins were recruited, 120 of whom （160 legs） underwent intra cavitary D -980 semiconductor laser treatment; the rest were treated surgically. Between the two groups average operation time, bleeding volume, duration of hospitalization and complications were compared. Results Endovenous laser treatment of varicose great saphenous vein, compared with conventional surgery, had shorter operative time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, quicker recovery, no tissue trauma and wound scars, and other advantages. Conclusions Endovenous laser treatment of varicose great saphenous vein is superior to traditional surgery.
