摘要
采用光电直读光谱仪、光学显微镜等对40Cr轴的化学成分和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:40Cr轴调质组织正常,40Cr轴原材料存在较严重的白点缺陷是造成轴裂纹的原因。
The chemical components and microstructure of 40Cr axes were analyzed by photo-electric direct reading spectrometer and optical microscope. The results show that the quenched and tempered structure of 40Cr axes was normal and the serious "white spot" defect in the primary material was the main cause for crack of the axes.
