摘要
用X-射线荧光光谱仪测定白灰中SiO2、CaO、MgO的含量，利用六西格玛工具对制样方法粒度的研究，最终确定了自产白灰粒度从120目（粘连研磨钵，过筛、清洗设备困难）变更到80目（缓解了粘连研磨钵，过筛、清洗设备困难），使白灰检验满足生产检验数据准确性的同时使制样过程更加简捷、快速。
The whole analysis process of how to change the preparation sample grain size of lime which is producted by Shougang QianGang Zron and Steel company is introduced in this paper. It also includes the content of how to solve the problems on site by using the six sigma methods which meet the data precise of the lime analysis and make the producting process easier and faster.
