自注入减小增益开关分布反馈激光器时间抖动的数值模拟 被引量:4

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SELF-SEEDING FOR TIMING JITTER REDUCTION IN A GAIN\|SWITCHED DISTRIBUTION FEEDBACK LASER 

摘要 对光自注入法减小增益开关分布反馈激光器时间抖动进行了数值模拟,计算得到了自注入光脉冲强度一定的情况下,自注入光脉冲延迟时间与时间抖动的关系曲线,以及自注入光脉冲延迟时间一定的情况下,自注入光脉冲强度与时间抖动的关系曲线,得到了自注入光脉冲消抖动的时间窗口及自注入光脉冲强度范围(01%—5%)的两个结论. Self\|seeding for timing jitter reduction in a gain\|switched distribution feedback laser is simulated numerically. Timing jitter reduction related to delay time and intensity of self\|seeding is calculated. Two important conclusions are obtained about the timing window for jitter reduction by self\|seeding and the regime of intensity of self\|seeding (0 1%—5%), which agree well with the experimental result.
