一种新型生物质颗粒燃料抗碎性测量装置的研制

摘要 抗碎性是评价生物质颗粒燃料品质特性的一个重要标准参数。介绍了以我国标准为依据,参考国外抗碎性测量仪和我国焦炭抗碎性测量仪器,研制的一种新型生物质颗粒燃料抗碎性测量装置,并通过实验确定所需转速、电机的功率和主体尺寸等主要设计参数。这种新型生物质颗粒燃料抗碎性测量装置能较好地模拟颗粒燃料在运输过程中受到的各种压力,自动运转,使得测量更加方便,且其结果精确可靠。 The smash-resistance performance is an important criterion parameter to evaluate the quality characteristics of the biomass pellet. Based on China's standards, referenced on foreign and China's smash-resistance measurement instruments, a new type of smash-resistance measuring instrument for the biomass pellet fuel was developed. The required speed, the main design parameters of the motor' power and the main dimensions ere were determined by experimentation. The new biomass pellet fuel smash-resistance measuring instrument can be a better simulation of pellet fuel in the transport process by the various pressures, and the results were accurate, and automatic operation, making the measurement more convenient.
