生物质电厂除灰系统对比研究

摘要 以某生物质电厂除灰系统为例,从经济性和技术性两方面,对正压浓相气力输送和正压稀相气力输送两种输送方式进行阐述和对比。以此为基础,建议优先选择正压浓相气力输送系统。只有当气候干燥且输送距离较短时,可选择正压稀相气力输送系统。 In a biomass power plant ash handing system, two commonly-used pneumatic conveying methods, positive pressure dense phase pneumatic and positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic, were chosen to be investigated respectively. Based on the results, the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system was suggested to be chosen as the top-priority method. And the positive pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system could be chosen only when the climate is dry and the conveying distance is short.
