摘要
目的探讨湿热瘀阻证类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清葡萄糖6-磷酸异构酶(GPI)水平与其他证候RA患者及正常人之间的差异,分析湿热瘀阻证与RA的相关性。方法选择RA患者66例,其中湿热瘀阻组27例,痰瘀互结组39例;其他风湿病组26例;另选择健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组血清GPI的浓度。结果 GPI浓度湿热瘀阻组为(4.78±4.07)mg/L,痰瘀互结组为(2.07±6.26)mg/L,其他风湿病组为(0.075±0.037)mg/L,对照组为(0.059±0.038)mg/L。RA患者血清GPI浓度显著高于其他组(P均<0.05),湿热瘀阻组和痰瘀互结组比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 GPI与RA活动性有关,湿热瘀阻证是RA活动期的证候之一。
Objective It is to investigate the difference in the level of glucose -6 -phosphateisomerase(GPI) between pa- tients with accumulation and stasis of damp-heat of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and RA patients of other syndromes and normal people. Methods ELISA was used to detect the level of GPI in each group including 27 cases of RA with accumulation and stasis of damp-heat, 39 cases with phlegm and blood stasis, 26 cases of other rheumatic diseases,and 50 cases of healthy con- trols. Results The levels of GPI of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat group, phlegm and blood stasis group, other rheumat- ic disease group and control group were (4.78 + 4.07 )mg/L, (2.07 + 6.26)mg/L, (O. 075 + 0. 037 )mg/L and (0. 059 + 0. 038) mg/L respectively. The levels of serum GPI of RA groups were significantly higher than that of other rheumatic disease group (P 〈 0.05) , there also was difference in the level between accumulation and stasis of damp-heat group and phlegm and blood stasis group. Conclusion GPI may play a pathological role in the development of RA, and accumulation and stasis of damp-heat syndrome is one of the syndromes of active RA.
