电动汽车磷酸铁锂电池组能量均衡控制系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 课题研制的磷酸铁锂电池能量均衡系统,采用XE164和XC878作为主从机的控制核心,以LTC6802-1作为电池电压采集控制核心。开发了充电、放电以及静态的能量均衡控制算法,设计了基于电感储能的无损式均衡电路。样机实验结果表明,该均衡系统较好地实现了电池充电过程的能量均衡、电压监控与电池管理以及保护等功能,具有较高的均衡效率。 The equalization system of LiFePO4 battery was developed for electric vehicles, Infineon XE164 and XC878 were used as system control core, and LTC6802-1 as voltage monitoring and XC878 as data transmission control core. The control algorithm was developed, such as equalization of charging and discharging, and static equalization. The control circuit of the power transform was designed. The prototype transmission, monitoring experimental results show that control of the charging equalization, data and protection functions of the system were achieved.
