摘要
目的探讨数字化的现场流行病学调查设计与功能实现。方法采用文献检索法和专家研讨法,回顾分析现有信息技术与网络技术的可行性及传统流行病学调查方法的不足。运用软件快速原型法开发数字化流行病学调查系统,推广应用并分析时效。结果数字化的流行病学调查实现了传染病疫情数据的快速采集、集中处理和区域共享功能。结论数字化的流行病学调查改进了流行病学调查的数据采集方法,有效地提高了流行病学调查和数据分析工作效率,逐步建立了长期可行的疫情采集信息与疫情上报信息相互校对、相互监督的新的管理模式和工作机制。
Objective To investigate the digital field epidemiology survey design and function. Methods Through literature retrieval and experts discussion, the feasibility of the existing information technology and network technology, and the disadvntage of traditional epidemiology survey method were reviwed and analyzed. The rapid prototyping of software was used to develop and apply digital epidemiology survey system, and the effectiveness for a given period of time was analyzed. Results The rapid acquisition, centralized processing and regional sharing of infectious disease data had been realized by the digital epidemiology survey system. Conclusion The digital epidemiology survey system has improved the data acquisition method of epidemiology survey, increased the efficiency of epidemiology survey and data analysis. A new long-term feasible management mode and work mechanism has been built, in which collected epidemic information and the reported information can proof and supervise each other.
