简述了服务质量差距模型的内涵,在分析图书馆服务质量的基础上,提出了减少质量差距、提升公共图书馆服务质量的有效策略。
This paper briefly expounds the connotations of service quality gap model, and based on analyzing library’s service quality, puts forward some effective strategies for narrowing the quality gap and improving public library’s service quality.
