在信息化背景下,图书馆面临从传统管理模式向现代管理模式的转变。在综合分析当前图书馆管理现状及创新管理模式重要性的基础上,从图书馆管理理念创新、管理机制创新、服务理念创新等方面论述了图书馆管理创新的内容。

Under the background of informatization,the library is facing the transformation from traditional management model into modern management model. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the current situation of library management and the importance of innovating the management model,this paper discusses the contents of library’s management innovation from aspects of the innovation of library’s management concept,the innovation of library’s management mechanism,and the innovation of library’s service concept,etc.
