The rapid development of the times has prompted the generation of more and more high-tech means including VPN technology. This paper studies the application of VPN technology in digital resources transmission in cultural information resources sharing project（sharing project for short）, expounds the advantages of VPN technology in its application in digital resources transmission in sharing project.
