科技查新人员的职业素质是影响查新工作质量的主要因素之一。分析了科技查新人员应具备的基本素养,探讨了科技查新人员职业素质培养的主要途径。
The professional quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel is one of the main factors influencing the quality of novelty retrieval. This paper analyzes the basic qualities that the sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel should possess,and probes into some main ways for cultivating the professional qualities of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel.
