摘要
在全民健身的背景下,现代都市人常常因为没有足够的时间、运动场地的限制、担心运动造成运动伤害等原因,影响着人们参与体育锻炼的意愿。有氧踏板操是一项简单、易学、又富变化且随时随地可以进行的运动方式,研究表明:踏板操练习是一种有效的有氧运动,对改善心肺功能有较大帮助。有氧踏板操因练习方式、练习频率与练习强度的不同,结果也会不同。有氧踏板操要能够达到训练肌群的效果、降低肥胖人群的脂肪,必须控制一定的运动强度和运动量。
Under the background of national fitness,modern people are not willing to participate in sports exercise because of no enough time,sports venues,fear of movement restrictions resulting from sports injuries and other reasons.Step aerobics exercise is a simple,easy to learn,and rich changes whenever and wherever possible and can exercise.The research shows that the step aerobics exercise is an effective aerobic exercise,and has certain help to improve cardiovascular function.Step aerobics exercise improves muscle strength,only combined with resistance exercise on muscle strength,the muscular endurance can be improved.
