摘要
人Tet基因家族包含Tet1~3。该家族通过催化5-甲基胞嘧啶化学修饰参与DNA去甲基化和基因表达调控。此家族可能在胚胎发育、机体造血、造血系统疾病与肿瘤发生中起重要作用。本文就此领域研究进展作一综述。
