Implications from Medicine Research Council Laboratory of Molecular Biology for thestrategy management of science research institutions in China

摘要 中国科研机构管理工作作为科研工作进步的推动力,迫切需要改进和提高才能适应时代的要求。英国分子生物研究所在科学上的创新发明为人类的进步做出了卓越的贡献。借鉴其竞争优势和未来可持续发展战略,优化中国科研管理的战略选择和实施,从而促进我国经济发展和增强国家竞争力。 As management is a key drive for Research and Development (R&D), it is significant to optimize management of Chinese science research institutions. Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) of the UK is a world-leading research institution, which has been brilliant in scientific inventions and discoveries. This study introduced LMB's competitive advantages and specific measures for future sustainable development, so as to provide reference for the management of Chinese research institutions.
