Management of the central universities fundamental research funds in PUMC

北京协和医学院使用教育部“中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金”设立了“协和青年科研基金”，制定并实施了校内管理办法，对基金体系构建、项目分类、实施细则、经费管理、项目管理等多方面进行了规范，促进了本校青年教师开展资助选题的科研工作，提高科研项目管理水平。

The Union Youth Science ＆ Research Fund was set up by the Peking Union Medical College （PUMC） using the Fundamental Research Funds for the central universities. Education Ministry% National College Special Fund for Basic Science＆ and Research drafted and implemented its own management rules. The rules standardize the fundr s various aspects including its system construction, project classification, implementation terms, outlay management, and project management. In consequence, the rules promoted the young teachersr research on funded-subjects and imoroved the management level on scientific research nroiects.
