卫生组织管理军地联合培训模式探讨

Civil-military Integrated Profession Training Mode of Health Organization and Management

灾害救援中,常由于应急响应滞后、预案缺乏、卫生力量筹划与部署不合理等导致救援组织效率低下。本文针对卫生管理人员,构建基于卫生循证决策支持平台的军地联合训练模式,对其进行组织管理专门训练,以期提高卫生管理人员的组织、指挥和决策能力。

There are some problems in disaster rescue, such as the relative lag of emergency response,the lack of specificity in pre - plan, the irrationality of the planning and deployment which often lead to inefficient res- cue. To improve the command and policy -making ability of the health management staff,we could establish civil - military integrated medical rescue mode, and implement special training of rescue for the management staff.
