摘要
基于离散数学原理 ,建立了渐开线齿轮磨损过程的数值仿真模型 ,开发了计算齿面动态磨损的软件 ,可计算与几何形状有关的齿轮参数和所经历时间之间的定量关系 ,从新角度解决了齿轮抗磨损寿命校核和设计方案比较的计算问题。
Based on discrete mathematical theory,a model of mild wear of spur gears was established,and a software was developed for calculating dynamic wear of gear flanksThis investigation makes it possible that the quantitative relationship between geometry-related parameters and running time history of gears can be evaluated,from a new point,solving problems as to lifetime prediction and optimizing the design schemes of wear resistance of gears
