摘要
利用MHK - 5 0 0型环 -块磨损试验机研究了二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 (ZDDP)对几种聚合物及其复合材料 -金属摩擦副油润滑摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明 ,液体石蜡中的ZDDP对尼龙 6 6 (PA6 6 )及聚酰亚胺 (PI) -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副的摩擦系数影响不大 ,但却使聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)及其复合材料 -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副的摩擦系数略有降低。PTFE及其复合材料 -GCr15轴承钢摩擦副表面的ZDDP吸附膜具有一定的抗磨作用 ,它大幅度降低了Pb、PbO及MoS2 填充PTFE复合材料的磨损。PTFE中的Pb、PbO及MoS2 对ZDDP与摩擦副表面的吸附能力影响不大 ,因而其对PTFE复合材料在含 2 (wt) %ZDDP的液体石蜡润滑下的摩擦性能影响不大。
The effects of ZDDP contained in oil on the friction and wear properties of polymers and their composites sliding against GCrl5 bearing steel under oil-lubricated conditions were studied by using an MHK-500 ring-on-block wear tester It was found that the ZDDP contained in liquid paraffin has little effect on the friction coefficients of the polyimide (PI) and polyamide 66 (PA66), but it slightly reduces the friction coefficients of PTFE composites The ZDDP adsorption film on the frictional surfaces of the PTFE composites exhibits obvious anti-wear properties, it greatly reduces the wear of the PTFE composites The Pb, PbO, and MoS 2 contained in PTFE have little effect on the adsorption of ZDDP to the frictional surfaces, so they have little effect on the friction coefficients of PTFE composites under lubrication of liquid paraffin containing ZDDP
