摘要
文章把实验室建设和设备采购当作一个工程项目,运用项目管理方法中的"PDCA"循环原则,认为在实施过程中需进行全过程的信息反馈和管理,通过具体的"绿色节能建筑模拟分析实验室建设"的项目建设和设备采购案例分析,可更好地发挥设备采购效率和效益,提高设备的采购质量。
In this paper,the lab construction and equipment purchase was regarded as a project,and the "PDCA" circulation principle of project management methods was adopted. It suggested that the whole process of feedback and information management should be taken on during the equipment purchase. The construction and equipment purchase of "Green Energy-saving Building Simulation and Analysis Lab Construction" of Zhejiang Wanli University was studied to make the equipment purchase more efficient and effective,thus to improve equipment purchase quality.
