空中交通管制员是空中交通管制工作的主体，是保证民航安全的重要群体。空管工作所具有的风险高、强度高、责任重等特点，对从事空管工作的空中交通管制员提出了较高的要求。从管制学员见习的不同阶段入手，分析如何引导学员由浅入深、从易到难，逐步培养学员从大学毕业生走向成熟管制员。

As the main body of the air traffic control work, air traffic controllers are the important groups that guarantee the safety of civil aviation. ATC work has characteristic of high risk, high strength, heavy responsibility, etc, which puts forward high requirement to air traffic controllers. The paper starts with the different stages of student controllers,, and analyzes how to guide students from easy to difficulty, and gradually train the students from the university graduates to mature controllers.
