摘要 目的观察微生态制剂治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和安全性。方法 60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组均采用常规内科治疗方法,治疗组在原有治疗基础上加用微生态制剂,对照组仅给予常规治疗。治疗6个月后评估2组疗效、主要症状和肠镜变化,并观察不良反应。结果治疗6个月后,2组患者临床症状均有明显改善,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组近期治愈率、总有效率及溃疡性结肠炎活动指数均显著优于对照组。结论微生态制剂对溃疡性结肠炎有较好的治疗效果,且安全性好。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of microecologics for treating ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods Sixty UC patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received conventional medical treatment. In addition, microe-cologics were added in the treatment group, whereas the control group was only administered conventional treatment. Six months after treatment, the therapeutic effects, primary symptoms and colonscopy changes of 2 groups were assessed, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results Six months after treatment, clinical symptoms of patients in both groups improved noticeably, and the treatment group was superior to control group. The recent curative rate, total efficacy rate and UC activity index of the treatment group was markedly superior to those of the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of UC, microecologics have better therapeutic effects and safety.
