63例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的内镜治疗分析

Analysis of endoscopic treatment for acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 63 patients

目的探讨内镜治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年9月—2011年5月行内镜治疗的63例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床资料。内镜治疗包括药物喷洒、注射、氩气等离子体电凝、金属钛夹等方法。结果 63例患者中,注射治疗31例,联合氩气治疗17例,联合钛夹15例。63例患者中即时止血成功60例(96.3%),48 h内再出血4例,再次内镜下止血成功3例。共4例治疗无效,均转外科手术治疗,内镜治疗总有效率为93.65%(59/63)。结论内镜治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To explore the effect of acute nonvariceal gastrointestinal bleeding treated with emergency endoscopy. Methods Retrospective analysis was made of clinical data of 63 patients who were treated with endoscopic because of acute non - variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding from September 2008 to May 2011. Endoscopic treatment included drug spraying and injection, argonplasma coagulation, titanium clips and other methods. Results There were 31 patients treated with injection treatment, 17 patients treated with argon gas treatment, 15 patients treated with titanium clips treatment. Sixty patients from 63 patients had hemostasia after the first treatment（96.3% ）o There were 4 patients rebleeding within 48 hours, and three patients had hemostasia after the second treatment. There were 4 cases ineffective and transferred to the surgical treatment. Total efficacy rate of endoscopic treatment was 93.65 %. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment for acute nonvariceal gastrointestinal bleeding is an effective and safe method.
