摘要 高温均匀化退火对铝箔毛料中第二相化合物尺寸有重要影响,利用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段,研究了高温均匀化退火温度和保温时间对1235合金铝箔毛料中第二相化合物尺寸的影响.结果表明,38.6%变形量的铝箔毛料在530℃保温10 h后骨骼状的α(AlFeSi)相完全分解为圆颗粒状,大部分条状βp(AlFeSi)相分解为短棒状,能获得较好的组织. The size of the second -phase compounds in foil stock is significantly influenced by homogenization annealing. And the effects of homogenization anneal temperature and time on the second - phase compounds' size of 1235 alloy were investigated with optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that all of the skeletal α(A1FeSi) phases disintegrate into spherical particles at 530℃ for 10h in foil stock of 38.6% deformation,while most stripy β, (A1FeSi) phases convert into small rod - shaped compounds, and the microstructure of foil stock is desirable.
