摘要
荷电喷雾技术在许多领域都得到了广泛应用 ,但对荷电喷雾的理论研究尚不深入。该项实验研究中设计使用了普通压力雾化喷头、采用环状感应电极 ,测量了荷电喷雾的粒径和用 PIV测量其速度场 ,并与非荷电情况进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,雾滴荷电在提高喷雾均匀性、细化雾滴粒径等方面有明显效果。作为荷电喷雾的基础实验研究 。
Electrostatic spraying has been widely used in many fields, but there is few in depth reports in the theory of electrostatic spraying. According to the ring induction electrode and normal pressure nozzle. By measuring the droplets' diameters and their velocity using PIV. The result of the research shows that electrostatic has efficient effect on droplets' atomization, pulverization and enrichs the experimental research of electrostatic spraying.
