2012年老年男性住院患者疾病构成分析

Analysis on the Disease Composition in Male Inpatients of Different Ages in 2012

目的了解不同年龄男性住院患者的疾病构成。方法按照国际疾病分类编码原则,对住院病人的主要诊断进行统计汇总。结果 (1)2012年老年病科60岁～69岁组住院96人,70岁～79岁组住院129人;(2)从60岁～、70岁～到75岁～岁组,住院例数(51、59、70)及年龄构成比(22.67%、26.22%、31.11%)逐渐增加;(3)两组病人疾病构成均是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病和消化系统疾病,但在不同的年龄组,呼吸系统疾病和肿瘤的顺位稍有不同。结论 (1)循环系统疾病构成比随年龄增长而降低(分别为63.54%和57.36%);(2)呼吸系统疾病构成比随年龄增长而增加(分别为8.33%和11.63%);(3)肿瘤构成比随年龄增长而降低(分别为17.71%和10.08%);(4)神经系统和消化系统疾病构成比随年龄增长而增加(分别为4.17%、2.08%和8.53%、6.98%);(5)在今后的工作中,应加强对循环系统疾病的预防和治疗措施。

Objective To understand the disease patterns about male patients of different ages. Methods In accordance with the principes of the international classification and encoding of disease, main diagnosis of patients in hospital was collected and summa- rized. Results （ 1 ） The 96 cases of 60 - 69 age were admitted into Gerontology Department in 2012, the 129 cases of 70 ~ 79 age were admitted into Gerontology Department too. （2）The inpatients number and age composition were increased gradually from 60 ~ （51 case, 22.67 % ）, 70 - （ 59 case, 26.22 % ） to 75 ~ （70 case, 31.11% ） age groups. （3） The circulatory, respiratory, tumor, nervous and digestive system disease were the top five disease of inpatients in two groups with the disease composition in 2012. The arrange of res- piratory system disease and tumor were different with different ages. Conclusion （ 1 ） The circulatory system disease composition was decrease with age（63.54% and 57.36% respectively）, the prevention and treatment measures must be strengthened. （2） Tile disease composition of respiratory system disease was increased with ages（8.33% and 11.63 % respectively）. （3）The disease composition of tumor was decreased with ages（ 17.71% and 10.08% respectively）. （4）The disease composition of nervous and digestive system dis- ease was increased with ages（4.17% , 2.08% and 8.53% , 6.98% respectively）. （5）h should lay stress on preventing and treating measures of circtdatory system disease in the future medical practices.
