摘要
为全面便捷的检索临床资料,对目前常用的编码系统进行简单的介绍和分析,如国际疾病分类、基层医疗分类、人类与兽类医学系统术语、逻辑的观察标识和代码等。探讨依据这些编码系统建立临床资料数据库的方法和策略。主要是选择各编码系统有用的编码建立编码库、编制录入程序和编码录入。策略主要是从点做起,充分利用现有的信息系统,以逐步积累经验和减少工作量。介绍以人类与兽类医学系统术语和国际疾病分类二个编码系统建立综合数据库,使用MS SQLServer数据库和c#程序设计语言,建立临床资料数据库,数据库的主要结构是编码库、病人的基本信息和诊疗信息,可以完成编码的录入并实现检索功能,从而可以达到方便快捷并且尽可能多的检索临床资料的目的。
In order to search clinical materials comprehensively and conveniently, and conduct simple introduction and analysis to the current coding system, such as the International Classification of Diseases, primary level medical treatment classification, medical system terms of humans and animals, identification and coding of logic and so on. To investigate the method and strategy of establish- ing clinical materials database according to these coding system. The main method is choosing useful coding of each coding system to establish database, then establish type-in program and coding to type-in data. The strategy is working from point, making full use of current information system, thus to graduany accumulate experience and reduce working loads. To introduce establishing comprehen- sive database with the combination of two coding system: humans and animals' terms medical system and the International Classifica- tion of Diseases. To establish the database with the application of MS SQL Server database and c # program design language. The structure of the database are coding system, the basic information of patients and treatment information, and it can manage the func- tion of coding type-in and searching, therefore realizing the goal of convenience and searching clinical materials as much as possible.
