Medical continue education should be carried out in the eontra- aperture support to improve the comprehensive strength in department of obstetrics and gynecology in primary hospital quickly. The training of clinical thinking is the core of medical continue education. In the diagnosis and treatment of maternity the emergency and severe illness should be firstly considered while the common diseases should be firstly thought in gynecological diagnosis and treatment. The training of maternity focuses on the rescue for emergency and severe cases in obstetrics, while standard perioperative management and teaching gynecologic operation step by stepare needed in gynecological department.
