摘要
文章介绍了一种无需精密机床的精密加工技术 ,其实质是在机械加工中运用了预补偿控制新技术。讨论了预补偿控制技术的 5个基本方面 ,并用铣平面与镗孔两个实例论证。
s:The paper introduces a precision machining technol- ogy without precision machine tool.This new concept is based on the use of forecasting compensatory control FCC tech- nique during machining. Five essential aspects of FCC tech- nique are discussed and illustrated through two examples of milling plane and boring hole. Some recent development of FCC technique is also introduced.
