摘要 经过20多年的发展,梅毒检测技术有了较大发展,实验室采用的检测梅毒方法也随之不断更新变化。本文就VDRL、USR、RPR、TRUST、TPHA、TPPA、ELISA、金标法、FTA-ABS、WB、化学发光免疫分析法、PCR等梅毒的实验室检测方法的原理与优缺点做一个较全面的评述,藉此对各实验室选择适合的检测技术有所帮助。 During the past 20 years, treponema pallidun detection technology has been greatly developed. The methods used in laborotories have been refreshed too. This paper introduces the principles of many methods, such as VDRL, USR, RPR, TRUST, TPHA, TPPA, ELISA, the gold standard method, FTA - ABS, WB, CIA and PCR, and compared their merit and de-merit in order to help laborotories select the suitable methods.
