脱水淫羊藿素同系物治疗男性勃起功能障碍的临床观察

Anhydroicaritin homologues in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction

目的:探讨脱水淫羊藿素(anhydroicaritin,AHI)同系物对中老年男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的作用。方法:抽取20例50～70岁中度ED患者,分成治疗组和对照组。分别观察、记录治疗前后IIEF、NPT、ICI、PSV的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前后勃起功能均有改善。结论:从淫羊藿和苦参中提取的脱水淫羊藿素同系物对中老年男性ED有治疗作用,疗效与枸橼酸西地那非试验数据无显著差异性(P>0.05)。

Objectives： To investigate the efficacy of the anhydroicaritin homologues in treating erectile dysfunction in me-dium - elderly men. Methods： We collected 20 cases from middle - aged ED patients in their 50s and 70s and then divided them into the treatment group and the control group. The changes of IIEF, NFT, ICI, PSV were recorded. Conclusions： The results show that dehydrated icaritin homologues leached from the Epimedium and Sophora have therapeutic efficacy on middle - aged men with ED and there is no significant difference with sildenafil citrate experiment in terms of data（P 〉0.05 ）.
