女大学生生殖健康知识现状调查及分析

A survey on female college students reproductive health knowledge

目的:了解在校女大学生生殖健康知识的掌握情况以及她们对健康教育方面的需求,为学校采取有针对性的健康干预提供理论依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法抽取河北省某市5所高校在校女学生3149人进行生殖健康知识问卷调查。结果:在校女学生的生殖健康知识比较匮乏,82.4%的学生不知晓人流的危害以及人流手术后的注意事项;95%的学生不会自查乳腺;75%的学生不了解阴道炎、附件炎、宫颈炎等妇科常见疾病;72.4%的学生不懂得避孕知识;仅75.8%的学生知晓白带的正常颜色。被调查的学生中城市生源的妇科基础知识明显高于农村生源,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大三学生多个选项明显高于大一学生和大二学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在校女大学生对生殖健康知识的掌握程度并不理想,急需对她们开展妇科知识健康教育。

Objectives： To understand the knowledge level of female students on the issue of sexual health and their de-mand for such knowledge, and to provide theoretical basis for health interventions in university. Methods： A total of 3149 female college students from five universities in Tangshan were selected by convenient cluster sampling and were investigated by designed questionnaire in terms of their reproductive health knowledge. Results： The female college students were lack of the reproductive health knowledge： 82.4% of the female students were not aware of the hazards of abortion; 95% of them had not the knowledge of how to check breast themselves; 75% of them did not know something about some common gynecological diseases such as vagi-nitis, annexitis and cervicitis ; 80% of them were not familiar with knowledge of contraceptive ; 74% of them did not know the normal color of vaginal discharge. Among the students surveyed, the gynecological basics of urban students was significantly high-er than the rural students, which has statistically significance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Female students did not have a good command of reproductive health knowledge, and there is an urgent need to carry out gynecological education for them.
