摘要
本文在国际方法的基础上,研究分析了采用一定浓度的硫酸溶液配制钼酸铵溶液,测定粮食等作物中的磷化氢的快速准确方法。实验得出结论:采用本方法35%硫酸溶液为介质配制钼酸铵溶液、反应时间20min于690nm波长下比色时,线性范围好、精密度高、灵敏度高且操作更加简洁快速,节省了实验中加入硫酸的步骤,从而简化了实验条件,加快了分析实验的速度。
In this paper, on the basis of international methods, the preparation of the ammonium molybdate solution with different concentrations of sulfuric acid was studied for rapid and accurate determination of phosphine in gain and other crops. The results showed a good linear range, high precision and high sensitivity when a 35% sulfuric acid solution was used as the medium of ammonium molybdate solution, the reaction time was 20min and the samples were detected at 690nm wavelength. This method made the operation simpler and faster, saved the step of adding sulfuric acid, simplified the experimental conditions and accelerated the speed of the analysis.
