基因枪应用于医学和生命科学研究领域。随着仪器性能的提升和使用者对于使用效果的要求不断提高,需要仪器使用者更好的了解基因枪使用及操作的关键因素,对于常见问题能够及时处理。本文介绍Bio-Rad^(?)PDS-1000/He台式基因枪的使用要点,并对使用过程中的常见问题及处理方法进行分析。
Gene gun technology is widely used in medical and life science research. With the improvement of instrument performance and increased requirement of use results, users need to understand better about the property and the operating method of gene gun, and be able to solve common problems. Here we introduce the main points of operation of PDS-1000/He Particle Delivery System, and discuss the solutions to common problems in bombardment.
