摘要
本文以美国通用电气公司的蛋白质纯化仪AKTA Purifier 100为例,对蛋白质层析系统以及该系统的使用与日常维护进行了系统的介绍,以期使初学者可以更加快速的掌握使用该系统进行蛋白质分离纯化的基本技术。
This paper introduced the operation and daily maintenance of the protein chromatography system. All these based on the protein purification system AKTA Purifier 100, which produced by General Electric Company, as an example. The objective is to make the beginners master the basic technology for protein separation and purification.
