摘要
为了能对提升机制动系统进行有效的在线监测与故障诊断 ,用测力传感器对制动器蝶形弹簧组的弹簧力进行在线动态监测是一非常有效的方法。为此需研制特殊传感器以满足特殊要求。经分析新结构的低高度孔辐式测力传感器可以满足现场测试的要求。因此通过用解析、有限元、实验等方法对孔辐式测力传感器进行了设计、分析和验证 ,得出孔辐式测力传感器的性能可靠 ,能够用于提升机制动系统内进行动态监测。
In order to effectively carry out the On line Montoring is formed and Fault Diagnosis for hoist brake system,an effective method to monitro the spring force of plate spring group in the brake by the load cell.So a special sensor is necessary to be developed to meet the special request.Throuth the analysis,the Hole Spoke Load Cell with the new structure and lower thickness can meet the measuring request on the spot.Through the design,analysis and examination on the Hole Spoke Load Cell with methods including,finite element,it can be concluded that the functions of the Hole Spoke Load Cell is reliable and it kcan be used to monitor dynamically hoist brake system.
