摘要
低温低压下,通过溶剂热方法分别采用两种不同的硼源合成了六方氮化硼纳米微晶。经X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外吸收光谱(FTIR)以及选区电子衍射(SAED)方法分析了纳米微晶的结构与组成,通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测了BN微晶的粒度和微观形貌,利用光致光谱(PL)测试了样品的光学性能。研究表明,采用溴化硼作硼源主要获得针状纳米晶体,而采用硼粉作硼源在同样实验条件下可以制备出针状、片状、类似管状和粒子等多种形貌的晶体。
Hexagonal boron nitride nanocrystals had been successfully synthesized using two different boron sources in organic sol- vent under low temperature and low pressure. The structure and composing were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared absorption spectrum (FTIR) and selective area electron diffraction (SAED). The particle size and morphologies were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The optical property was also tested by photoluminescence spectrum (PL). Results showed that much needle morphology was prepared by BBr3 as the boron source, furthermore, multiplex needles, flakes, tubelike and par- ticles was prepared by B as the boron source.
