摘要
采用微波消解法处理香菇子实体和柄样品,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu等7种对人体有益的金属元素含量。结果表明,香菇子实体和柄中Ca、K、Mg、Fe、Zn元素含量丰富,7种金属元素含量在两者之间存在一定的差异,子实体中K、Zn、Mn和Mg元素含量高于柄,柄中Ca、Fe和Cu尤其Ca、Fe元素的含量明显高于子实体。方法的加标回收率为97.8%~103.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于3.22%。本研究结果可为香菇子实体和柄的合理开发利用提供理论依据。
A flame atomic absorption speetrophotometric (FAAS) method based on microwave digestion was proposed for the de- termination of seven trace metal elements (K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu) essential to human in fruitbodies and roots of lentinus edodes. Results showed that both fruitbodies and roots of lentinus edodes were all rich in the mental elements of Ca, K, Mg, Fe and Zn. There were some differences in the contents of the trace mental elements in fruitbodies and roots of lentinus edodes. The contents of K, Zn, Mn and Mg in fruitbodies were higher than those in roots, while the contents of Ca, Fe and Cu in roots particular Ca and Fe were higher a lot than those in fruitbodies. The recovery ratios by standard addition in a real sample were between 97.8%~103.4%, with relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 3.22%. The results could provide new scientific foundation for further study and general application about fruitbodies and roots of Lentinus edodes.
