摘要
采用改进水稻苗期集团筛选法和分析灰飞虱若虫发育历期、羽化率、成虫头壳宽度、成虫体长及水稻分蘖期灰飞虱取食量等指标对11个云南地方水稻品种进行了抗虫性鉴定。结果表明,品种小谷的苗期抗虫性大于抗虫对照品种RHT,其抗虫级别为2.5,小于RHT(3.7),其分蘖期灰飞虱单雌取食蜜露斑面积13.66 mm2/d,若虫发育期19.08d,羽化率29.18%,成虫头壳宽0.419 mm,体长2.089 mm,均与抗虫对照RHT相近,初步确定为抗虫品种。灰飞虱在品种车甲谷、爱整谷、宜良谷上的发育历期、羽化率及成虫体长、头壳宽度等生物学指标均与感虫对照武育粳3号存在显著差异(p<0.05),表现其抗虫性较高,初步确定为中抗品种。品种车星谷、月亮谷、慢车红略糯谷、白皮糯谷、紫米糯谷的苗期抗虫级别及其他生物学测定指标均与抗虫对照RHT存在显著差异(p<0.05),但比武育粳3号的抗性水平高1个级别,初步确定为感虫品种,其余为中抗品种。
Resistance of 11 local rice varieties in Yunnan province to Laodelphax striatellus (Fall6n) were evaluated by methods of modified seedling screening test(MSST) and analysis of the indicators as nymphal development period, emer- gence rate, food consumption at rice tillering stage, head capsule width and body length of adult. The results indicated that resistance level of Xiaogu in MSST was 2.5 which was less than the resistant control variety of Rathu Hecnati (RHT, resis- tance level was 3.7), and female honeydew areas of L. striatellus at rice tillering stage[13.66 mmZ/(female d)], nymphs development period (19.08 days), emergence rate (29.18%), head capsule width (0.419 ram) and body length (2.089 ram) of adult were similar with corresponding indicators of resistant control(RHT), and it was evaluated as a resistant variety. The biological indicators of the nymphal development period, emergence rate, adult head capsule width and body length of L, striatellus on varieties of Chejiagu, Aizhenggu, Yilianggu which were evaluated as moderately resistant varieties were obvi- ously different from those on the sensitive control variety Wuyujing 3 (p〈0.05). The rice seedling resistance levels of MSST and other biological indicators of L. striatellus for the varieties of Chexinggu, Yuelianggu, Manchehongluenuogu, Baipin- uogu and Ziminuogu were significant different from those on RHT (P〈0.05), and their resistance level of MSST were higher than the sensitive control (Wuyujing 3, a highly susceptible variety) evaluated as susceptible varieties.
