枯草芽孢杆菌XG-1对西瓜枯萎病防效初报 被引量:2

Preliminary evaluation of controlling effect of Bacillus subtilis XG-1 on watermelon wilt

摘要 菌株XG-1为实验室内分离的一株对西瓜枯萎病病菌有较强抑制作用的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。通过抗生素标记测定了菌株XG-1的定殖能力,研究了该菌株对西瓜的促生作用以及对西瓜枯萎病的室内防效。其研究结果表明,XG-1标记菌株通过浸种和灌根接种,可在西瓜植株根际及体内有效定殖30 d以上;用1.0×109cfu/mLXG-1菌悬液处理西瓜种子后20 d,其出芽率、主根和胚轴长度、株高、鲜质量及叶绿素含量均有明显提高,对西瓜枯萎病的室内防效达75.5%。 Bacillus subtilis XG-1 was an endophytic bacteria isolated by the lab which had a strong inhibition effect on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum. Growth-promoting effect and indoor controlling efficiency on F. oxysporum were studied by testing of colonization dynamic of Stain XG-1 via antibiotic resistance marker. The results showed that Strain XG-1 could colonize effectively in plant and its rhizosphere for over 30 days by seed-soaking and root-irrigating. Through 20 days' treatment by suspend solution with Strain XG-1 of 1.0×10^9cfu/mL, result showed growth-promoting effect on germination rate, main root length, hypocotyls length, plant height, fresh weight and chlorophyll content, and indoor controlling efficiency on the disease reached 75.5%.
